The Firm
Every member of our team holds an additional degree in either social sciences or health — because we care about the person, not just the case.
Rob Williams is the principal solicitor at Lake Macquarie City Legal, bringing extensive experience across criminal law, traffic and driving offences, property and conveyancing, and wills and probate. He established the firm with a clear purpose: to provide the Lake Macquarie community with accessible, practical and genuinely client-focused legal services.
Rob is deeply committed to the communities he serves and takes pride in providing plain-language legal advice that empowers clients to make informed decisions. He understands that legal issues can be stressful and overwhelming, and works hard to take the sharp edges off the process for every person who walks through the door.
In keeping with the firm's ethos, Rob holds an additional degree beyond law in social sciences or health — a qualification that informs his whole-person approach to legal practice. He recognises that legal problems rarely exist in isolation, and that understanding the broader human context behind a matter leads to better outcomes for clients.
Rob is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and a participant in the NSW Professional Standards Scheme. He regularly appears at local courts throughout the Hunter region and Central Coast, and has developed strong working relationships with the local legal community, magistrates and prosecutors.
Whether you are facing a criminal charge, need help with a property transaction, or want to put your affairs in order with a will and power of attorney, Rob and the team at Lake Macquarie City Legal are here to help.
